iPod Shuffle sock

I've been really bad about keeping this blog updated. That's probably primarily because I have a ton of projects going and rarely finish anything. There's just so little time to knit. Luckily, I just finished the iPod Shuffle sock I owed my mom. I started and stopped it at least four times, but finally started again and finished in just a few hours this weekend.

iPod Shuffle sticking out of sock. You can see the elasticity here.
iPod Shuffle completely inside the sock. It's a perfect fit!

Yarn used:

Pattern:
Simple! Using #2 (US) DPNs (Clover bamboo), I cast on 24 stitches and divided them evenly between three needles. Then I simply knit in 2x2 rib until I reached the length of the Shuffle, which is about 3.3". I completed a few extra rows to accomodate the space that would be taken up by the bottom surface of the Shuffle, and then bound off. I then turned it inside out, stitched up the bottom with the bind off tail, and then turned it back out. After weaving in the one other end you should be done!
